I'm Tim Beswick, a fitness coach trading as Tim Beswick Coaching. I'm a sole trader based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK.
This privacy policy explains what information I collect on this website, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I've written it in plain English because I want you to actually read it.
WHAT I COLLECT
I only collect information you give me directly. Specifically:
- Your first name and email address when you use one of my free calculators or sign up for my newsletter.
That's it. No behavioural tracking, no Google Analytics, no advertising cookies, nothing else.
WHY I COLLECT IT
Two reasons:
- To send you the results of any calculator you've used.
- To send you my weekly coaching email, which contains useful tips and occasional offers on my 1:1 coaching.
Nothing else. No selling to third parties. No renting. No sharing beyond what's needed to deliver the above.
WHERE IT'S STORED
Your data is stored in Brevo, an email marketing platform based in the EU. Brevo is fully UK/EU GDPR-compliant. You can read their privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
HOW LONG I KEEP IT
I keep your data for as long as you want to stay on my newsletter. Unsubscribe at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom) and your data gets removed within 30 days.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what data I hold on you
- Ask me to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask me to delete your data entirely
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
To do any of the above, email me at tim@timbeswickcoaching.co.uk and I'll sort it within 30 days.

This website uses only essential cookies needed to make the site work. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If I change anything significant here, I'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Major changes will also be communicated via the newsletter.
