Ten years in corporate, then built a logistics business. Good on paper, hollow in real life. I felt tired all the time, the type of tired sleep doesn't fix. So I left the corporate job, sold the business, bought a gym, and went all in on coaching. Now I help men who want more than just FINE from life build something that fits and fulfils them.

A month in Thailand did it. Muay Thai, proper food, back training hard, and a head that finally felt switched on. Came home, bought a gym, went all in on coaching, and never looked back.

Society has never been more comfortable, and yet also never been weaker either. Anxiety, depression, numbness and suicides at record highs, in a world designed to keep you happy. That's because comfort isn't the cure, it's the problem.You work, come home, watch some shit TV, have a few cans, drink more at the weekend and then repeat. But somewhere underneath it all, you know something is off, something isn't right, and that's the problem.

It starts with the body.

Fat comes off, muscle goes on, clothes start to fit better. But the point isn't the six-pack, it's what getting there shows you. That you can commit, follow through, and change something in your life. Once you've proved that to yourself, everything else starts to move.

The energy comes back.

Everything starts to feel easier. You stop needing a few cans to wind down. You wake up clearer, move better, feel more capable again. Turns out "getting older" wasn't the problem.

The head clears.

Confidence comes back. You feel the power of consistency, of turning away from comfort. When the body changes, everything else does too, and you start to see who you're meant to be and where you're going.

You realise it was never just about the body.

The body was the doorway. Once you've rebuilt that, you stop accepting fine for every part of your life. The way out started with the body. It ends with a life that's actually yours.

Initially, I came to Tim thinking I knew what I needed to do. I thought I just needed the weekly check-ins for some accountability. I was wrong. My approach to training and dieting were all wrong. I'd been training without a plan for 15 years making little tweaks now and again, eating what I thought was healthy, but ultimately staying the same. Tim has corrected all of it and set me up for a healthier future.
