ABOUT THIS SITE
This website is an information and marketing platform for my fitness coaching services. It includes free calculators, guides, and a weekly newsletter, all designed to provide general fitness and nutrition guidance.
USE OF THE FREE TOOLS
The calculators, guides, and articles on this site are educational tools. They give you estimates based on widely-accepted fitness and nutrition formulas. They are not personalised coaching or medical advice.

RESULTS
I've helped clients make real, measurable progress with my 1:1 coaching. But results on any fitness plan vary depending on consistency, genetics, lifestyle, adherence, and many other factors outside of anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results.
1:1 coaching is governed by a separate coaching agreement, which you'll receive when you sign up as a client.

All content on this site, including words, images, calculators, guides, and designs, is owned by Tim Beswick or used with permission. Don't copy, republish, or resell anything without my written permission. Personal use is fine.
